Refund Policy

GlobalGate Education does not charge any platform fee, registration fee, or service fee to students. Our services — including free counseling, program matching, and application support — are provided at no cost to you.

Since no payment is collected by GlobalGate from students, there is no refund applicable for our services.

Any fees paid directly to universities (application fees, enrollment deposits, tuition fees) are governed entirely by the respective university's own refund and cancellation policies. GlobalGate Education has no control over, and is not responsible for, any fees paid to universities.

Before paying any fee to a university, we strongly recommend reviewing that institution's official refund policy. Key contacts:

• Deakin University India Campus — refer to Deakin's official enrollment terms
• Heriot-Watt University India Campus — refer to Heriot-Watt's official fee policy
• All other partner universities — contact the respective admissions office

Free counseling sessions booked through GlobalGate can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time with no penalty. Simply contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp to reschedule.
